The seat and backrest of Hale are made from PET felt, a durable material produced from recycled plastic bottles. Soft yet strong, with natural acoustic properties. De Vorm's single-mould pressing technique shapes the PET felt into a ready-to-assemble form with varying thickness, giving Hale its ergonomic curves and distinctive texture.
